Reservations and Policies

RESORT POLICIES

  Our homes are 'housekeeping' cabins. This means renters are responsible for cleaning their cabin before checking out.

  • Weekly rentals are for 7 nights.Additional nights will be prorated. Shorter stays are by availability. Two night minimum.

  • Check-in time is 3pm. Please do not arrive before that time. Early check-ins will be charged as day guests an extra $45 each.

  • Check out is 9am. You must be vacated from property by 9am. 

  • Cabin pricing accounts for four people per cabin. There is a $55 extra person charge per night for over four people, and a $45 day guest charge for guests staying over 1 hour. Max Occupancy applies to all guests (day and overnight) for that cabin.

  • All guests must register at the office upon arrival

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit (cash/check only) required to hold reservation.

  • Payment must be CASH or CHECK. We do not accept credit cards.

  • No pets allowed

  • All cabins are non-smoking, non-vaping.

  • $50 surcharge assessed for personal or portable air conditioners.

  • Sub-letting is not permitted unless approved. $100 fee applies.
